雖然結果是美好的,瑞貝爾威爾森順利減下將近20公斤,但過程是艱辛的。

瑞貝爾威爾森在一則Instagram的貼文中坦承減肥很困難,但她強調向前看的重要性:「即使你必須用爬的朝目標邁進,堅持仍是值得的。嘗試每天付出一點努力... 我知道有時過程令人沮喪、想要放棄,比如你會因為進度停頓而感到煩惱... 但一切將會如你所願。總之『今年你的目標是什麼?』」
